Altoreva Security
Add-on module

Security operations, on the system your team already runs

Altoreva Security is an optional module that adds physical-security work to Altoreva Ops. Same login, same board, same people, with incident reports, key and visitor control, and guard patrols run as first-class operations instead of a separate binder and a clipboard at the loading dock.

What the module adds

Everything a security operation runs on, built in, not bolted on

Each one lives on the same record and the same permissions as the rest of Altoreva, so a security event and an operations event finally sit in one place.

Incident reports

Structured security incident reports that capture what happened, when, and where, with guest and witness statements and on-screen signature capture. The report is a record, not a memory of the night shift.

Key management

Issue and return keys against a known holder, with overdue alerts when one doesn't come back. You always know who has what, instead of finding out at the end of a shift.

Visitor & contractor control

Sign visitors and contractors in and out, with overdue alerts for anyone still on site who should have left. A clear answer to who is in the building right now.

Guard patrols

Patrol routes with checkpoints scanned from a phone, GPS-verified so an out-of-range scan is flagged rather than trusted, and missed-checkpoint alerts when a round doesn't happen. The phone buzzes once when a scan lands and three times when it doesn't, so an officer knows without looking. Patrols become evidence, not an honour system.

Security cases

Related incidents — a repeat offender, a pattern of theft across a floor — tied into one case file, so the connection is on the record instead of in the head of whoever worked all three nights.

Barred persons

A register of who may not be on property, with a defined expiry and a lift path. The front desk gets a discreet flag on a name match, rather than a list taped inside a drawer that only the night team knows about.

Evidence & held property

Chain of custody for anything the property is holding: every transfer signed and dated, from intake to release. If it's ever asked for, the answer is a record, not a recollection.

Shift log

The security pass-on log proper: open a shift, note what happens as it happens, hand over at the end. Distinct from the general operations handover, and it keeps its own record.

Safety training & drills

Document the trainings and drills you run — who held them, who attended, sign-in sheets attached. A recordkeeping aid, not a compliance guarantee, but it means the question "when did we last run that?" has an answer.

Retention & legal holds

How long each kind of security record is kept before it's permanently deleted, holds that pause deletion while a dispute or claim is live, and a log of what was purged. Deletion is real — only the log survives it.

Upgraded lost & found

Everything in the lost & found that ships with Altoreva Ops, plus a full chain of custody, signature on claim, and retention and disposal handling, for properties that need to prove where an item went.

And the reporting to go with it

A security dashboard for the shift in front of you, and around twenty security reports behind it: the incident log and its summaries and trends, open incidents, dispatch response times, patrol compliance and patrol-raised work orders, keys outstanding and key activity, the visitor log, the custody and barred registers, repeat subjects, safety records, training and drills, and daily summaries — each exportable and schedulable like every other report in Altoreva.

How it fits

An add-on to Altoreva Ops, not a second system

Altoreva Security switches on for a property that needs it and stays off for one that doesn't. Nobody logs into a different tool, learns a different board, or reconciles two records at the end of the night. It's the same platform, extended.

Access is controlled per person: incidents, cases, keys, visitors, patrols, custody and lost & found can each be granted to the staff who handle them, so the front desk and the guard team see only what is theirs.

a
One login, one board

Security work rides the same dispatch and record as everything else your property runs on.

b
Granted per person

Each capability is a permission, so people see the security functions they own and nothing they don't.
